Welcome to Holy Trinity and Sacred Heart
Catholic Parishes

Welcome to the online home of the Catholic parishes of Holy Trinity in Sutton Coldfield and Sacred Heart in Four Oaks, serving the people of Sutton Coldfield and the surrounding communities.

Our parishes are part of the Archdiocese of Birmingham and have long been at the heart of Catholic life in this area. We are blessed with vibrant and welcoming communities where people of all ages gather to celebrate the Mass, grow in faith, and support one another in the Christian life. Whether you are a long time parishioner, new to the area, exploring the Catholic faith, or simply looking for a church in Sutton Coldfield, you are very warmly welcome here.

A Place of Faith and Welcome

The two churches serve closely connected communities. Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Sutton Coldfield offers daily Mass and several Sunday Masses, while Sacred Heart Church in Four Oaks provides Sunday Mass and other liturgies during the week. Together they form one parish family committed to prayer, service, and the mission of the Gospel.

We are also very proud of our Catholic schools, which play an important role in the life of our parish community. In particular we support St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School and Bishop Walsh Catholic School, where children and young people are encouraged to grow in faith, knowledge, and compassion.

Our parish community is supported by many volunteers who give their time through music, liturgy, safeguarding, outreach, and parish activities. Their generosity helps make our churches places where everyone can feel welcomed and supported.

If you are visiting Sutton Coldfield, new to the parish, or returning to church after some time away, we hope you will feel at home among us. You are always welcome to join us for Mass or any parish event.

Whatever your reason for visiting this website, may it help you feel part of our parish family.

May God bless you and your loved ones.

Music brings us together in celebration

Music is an inspiring and fascinating celebration of social justice, breaking down the barriers between those of faith, and no faith – it is not only fun – it lifts the hearts of all of us who believe in a better world and gives us hope for tomorrow.

Parish Spaces for the Community

Our parish is pleased to offer welcoming spaces for meetings, community activities, and special events. Rooms are available for hire at both of our parish locations, providing comfortable and flexible venues for a wide range of gatherings.

Whether you are organising a community meeting, educational session, children’s activity, small celebration, or parish related event, our rooms offer a warm and supportive environment in the heart of the local community.
